To travel to Yelapa, you must first go to Puerto Vallarta, which is on the west coast of Mexico. After you go through customs, a gentleman will be holding up a sign with your name on it. He will then drive you in a taxi to Los Muertos pier where, you can purchase  your water taxi tickets.
